The original or notarised copy of the identification document which bears the signature of the applicant / legitimate representative is required to be produced.

Application fee: In case of increase in the number of bowling alleys, the difference in license fee between the number of alleys after increase and the original number of alleys is required to be paid. Application fee is not required to be paid under other circumstances.
Stamp duty: The stamp duty for the difference in license fee is required to be paid.
