Application


How to process

Required Document: 1. Application form (001/DZVJ), which is available in all Service Centres free of charge and can be downloaded from the IAM website)
2. A legible photocopy of identification document;
3. For plant species subject to the regulation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), a legible photocopy of the CITES certificate issued by the Macao Economic Services must be obtained for submission;
Note: After the application has been approved, the relevant plant(s) must be sent to the Department of Green Areas and Gardens in Seac Pai Van Park for inspection.

Documents to be presented: 1. Original of identification document;
2. For plant species subject to the regulation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), the original of the CITES certificate issued by the Macao Economic Services must be produced.

Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas: Rua de Coimbra, n.º 225, 3.˚ andar, Taipa
Division of Conservation of Nature of the Department of Green Areas and Gardens: Seac Pai Van Country Park, Coloane.

Office hours: Integrated Service Centre and All Public Services Centres:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Division of Conservation of Nature of the Department of Green Areas and Gardens:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 1pm, 2:30pm – 5:45pm;
Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:30pm.
(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Application fee: MOP 45
Form fee: No need to pay for the application form
Stamp Duty: MOP 20
Deposit: No need to pay deposit
Fees, Charges and Prices List: Not Applicable


Time required for processing

Processing time: 5 working days


Remarks/ points to note for application

Important note: The application form should indicate the plant’s name (scientific name), quantity, place of origin and destination of the plant to be exported.
