Processing Time Limit

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:45
Friday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:30

Approval time required

1.  Applying for the “Occupational  Safety Card Courses” – to be received within 15 minutes
2.  Issuing an attendance notice for the “Occupational  Safety Card Courses” – to be issued within 15 minutes

Remark: (15 minute service time) only applicable when applicants brings all required documents or information, have already completed the application form and selected the class. Group applications or enrolment restriction situations have different procedures (and may take longer).
