Formalities and Required Documents
Applicants can apply in person or by fax to the Marine and Water Bureau and submit the approved entry permit stamped with “cancelled” and a company chop.

Notes for Application
- Pursuant to Article 76 of “Regulations of Maritime Activities”, approved by Decree-Law No. 90/99/M of 29 November, as amended by Administrative Regulation No. 12/2020, vessels permitted to enter shall apply for port clearance before leaving the port of Macao, excluding those being exempted.
- Fees and stamp duty incurred by the above port clearance, relevant fees and stamp duty are charged according to the “General table of fees of the Marine and Water Bureau” and the Chief Executive Dispatch No. 87/2021, republishing the full texts of the “Stamp Duty Regulations” and its annex, “General Table of Stamp Duty” respectively.
