Service target and eligibility criteria
Schedule air services:
The Macao aviation laws and regulations require that scheduled air services to and from the Macao SAR by any aircraft shall be operated under and in accordance with the provisions of a flight authorization which is granted by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority.
Non-schedule air services:
Any aircraft utilizing the air space under the Macao SAR jurisdiction (Aerodrome Traffic Zone of Macao (ATZ)) or any aerodrome in the Macao SAR while operating non-scheduled air services.
Result
Issue flight application approval to eligible air operator.
