Application procedure and required documents:

The applicant is required to submit the following documents or information:

1. Completed application forms AW/APP/003 and AW/APP/004 and the required document specified therein;
2. Other evidence in support of the application as the Civil Aviation Authority may reasonably require for the consideration of the application.

 

Note:

1. Please see Aeronautical Circular no. AC/AW/004 for details.
2. Application for the initial certificate of airworthiness will automatically invoke the aircraft station licence application process. The applicant is not required to apply the aircraft station licence separately.

Application shall be made in writing.

Charge

The fees charged by the Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:

1. Issue of the certificate: Stamp duty, as applicable.
2. Audit, inspection, and technical evaluation (where applicable):
   a) Within the Macao SAR: MOP 1,500 per officer per day.
   b) Outside the Macao SAR: MOP 2,000 per officer per day, in addition to transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses.

 

Note: The fee shall be paid at the time of application submission.

Processing time

The approval process will not take more than 70 working days to complete (time guaranteed in performance pledge).

Note: The time guaranteed commences from the next day following the day of submission of all documents or information.
