Remarks / Important notes on application
Important note:
- Submission of cancellation of registration indicates that the applicant gives IAM the consent to notify the contact persons of the intention to cancel the registration. Applicants who cancel the registration should obtain the consent from the contact persons in advance and inform the family members and friends of the cancellation of the intention to use environmentally friendly burial;
- This cancellation of registration does not affect the choice of the family members and friends for the after-death arrangements for the registrant in the future.
