Commercial Leasing Briefing Session on Lot P to Be Held on 14 September to Enhance Industry Understanding of Project Development and Positioning
The commercial spaces of the temporary housing (Ut Koi and Lok Koi) and home swap housing projects (Pearl Metropolitan), both in Lot P of the Areia Preta reclamation area, are now available to rent. Enquiries and offers from interested businesses are being received on a regular basis. To help the industry better understand the projects’ development prospects and market positioning, and to introduce a more diverse range of commercial brands, Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) is holding a Commercial Leasing Briefing Session on Monday 14 September. The event will further elucidate the projects’ highlights, development outlook, and market positioning. Representatives from interested real estate agencies are welcome to attend.
