Rental of Market Stalls

Service description

 

Service details: Public market stalls are allocated by public tender according to the priority ranking for individuals who intend to bid for stalls in public markets.
Target group of service:
Residents of Macao Special Administrative Region who are aged 18 or above with capacity
Eligibility for application:
1. A resident of Macao Special Administrative Region who is aged 18 or above with capacity;
2. Not subject to the application of an additional penalty, security measure or additional sanction that prohibits the person from engagement in the business concerned;
3. Not subject to prohibition of rental of stalls stipulated in this law;
4. Without any debts that are currently subject to coercive collection through tax enforcement procedures.
Result of service: The allocation of stalls to successful bidders with eligibility is arranged according to the priority ranking.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
