Documents required to be submitted:
1. Complete the application form (016/DMV/DSAGM V1). The form can be obtained free of charge from the Integrated Services Centre and Public
Services Centres of IAM or downloaded from the IAM website;
2. A clear photocopy of the valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card (with both sides printed on the same page;
3. Original hawker license.
Documents required to be produced: The original valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card of the applicant is required to be produced.
