The 9th Asian Winter Games opens at 8pm at the Harbin International Conference Exhibition and Sports Center. The opening ceremony is presided over by President Xi Jinping. The Chief Executive, Mr Sam Hou Fai, attends the ceremony, witnessing the arrival of the Chinese sports delegation and the Macao, China sports delegation and waving at them.
