Annex to Macao’s Five-Year Development Plan announced, on MSAR’s participation in Greater Bay Area construction
Along with the earlier promulgation of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the MSAR Government is committed to further aligning with the national master plan, and has therefore decided to formulate an annex to Macao’s Five-year Development Plan, based on its first such plan.

“Art Macao” was inaugurated on 6 June at the Art Plaza of the Macao Cultural Centre, together with the opening of “Art Macao: International Art Exhibition”, the main exhibition at the Macao Museum of Art on the same day, starting an arts festival of unprecedented scale.

Exhibitions organized by various consulates accredited in Hong Kong and Macao present art of different countries
The “Art Macao” mega event brings an immersive cultural atmosphere to the entire city, transforming it in an art gallery and an art garden. Various foreign consulates organize unique art exhibitions in Macao from June onwards. Several large-scale outdoor art installations by foreign and local artists will also be displayed at various landmarks of the city, allowing art aficionados to feel the artistic ambience in all corners of the city.

Macao Consular Corps attended the “Symposium on Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” (Session for Macao Consular Corps)
Organized by the Protocol, Public Relations and External Affairs Office (“GPRPAE”), co-organized by the Policy Research and Regional Development Bureau (“DSEPDR”) of the Macao SAR, the “Symposium on Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” (Session for Macao Consular Corps)(“Symposium”) was held today (June 6, 2019) at Macao Polytechnic Institute. A total of 36 consular officers from 28 countries attended the event.
