Macao’s original IP “Ho Sio Chong” installed at Taipa Houses

The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym) set up a series of art installations themed Macao’s original IP “Ho Sio Chong”, at the Taipa Houses, contributing intriguing elements to the cultural and tourism leisure atmosphere. Residents and tourists are welcome to visit.

The 2023 MGM Macao International Regatta commences today

The 2023 MGM Macao International Regatta, organized by the Sports Bureau of the Macao SAR Government and the Ursa Major Sailing Event Management, co-organized by the Marine and Water Bureau of the Macao SAR Government and the Macau Sailing Association, supported by Zhuhai Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau and title-sponsored by MGM, officially commenced today until 8 January. 35 teams are competing for the title of three championships.



Post Offices will resume services from 9th January

Starting from 9th January, the Cultural Centre Post Office, Carmo Post Office and University of Macau (UM) Post Office will resume normal services.


IFTM Bachelor’s Degree Programmes (English medium) now open for applications via Joint Admission Examination

The Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) is a higher education institution with the most diverse programmes in hospitality and tourism in Macao, offering a wide range of undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degree programmes as well as professional training programmes. The Bachelor's Degree Programmes (English medium) are now open for applications until January 18 via the Joint Admission Examination (JAE). Scholarships are available for eligible students. Monetary and financial statistics – November 2022

According to statistics released today by the Monetary Authority of Macao, broad money supply continued to grow in November. Meanwhile, both resident deposits and loans increased from a month earlier.
