Catering service workers, takeaway delivery personnel and public transport drivers working between 11 and 18 July must undergo daily nucleic acid testing

The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre states that, from 00:00 on 11 July to 00:00 on 18 July, all non-essential industrial and commercial companies and venues are to suspend their operation, whereas catering services and public transport services that are necessary for the daily lives of the public will continue to operate as needed.

Urgent services of the IAS will remain open from Monday to Friday

In response to the further development of the new coronavirus and in conjunction with the MSAR Government's work on pandemic prevention and control, the Social Welfare Bureau (IAS) will continue to suspend its basic services (including services at the main office, the social service centers, and other subordinate units) from July 11 to July 15, 2022. However, urgent services such as Detoxification and Maintenance Treatment Services in the Areia Preta Drug Treatment Centre (Methadone) and in the Carmo (Taipa) Drug Treatment Centre (Methadone) will remain open.


Supermarkets assisted in maintaining orderly visitor flows

To implement the MSAR Government's epidemic prevention and control measures and reduce the risks of virus transmission, the Economic and Technological Development Bureau (DSEDT) and the Consumer Council (CC) today (10th) continued coordinating with various economic and financial authorities to second staff to Macao’s major supermarkets to enhance the visitor flow management at the premises and offer on-site assistance together with the staff of the Public Security Police Force in order to maintain a good order.


Free shuttle bus service between Almirante Lacerda Municipal Provisional Market (Red Market) and Horta e Costa district suspended

To facilitate the SAR Government’s pandemic prevention measures, the free shuttle bus service between Almirante Lacerda Municipal Provisional Market (Red Market) and Horta e Costa district arranged by the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) is suspended from 11 to 17 July. The public is requested to understand the measure and cooperate with the government’s pandemic prevention work.


High people flow at Patane Market and Bairro Iao Hon Municipal Market, IAM calls on public to make purchases during off-peak hours and comply with crowd control measures

After the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) evaluated the actual people flow at the markets today (10 July), IAM has adopted crowd control measures and has immediately installed queue barriers outside markets to orderly arrange members of the public to enter the markets for shopping. Members of the public have complied with the guidance of the staff and the overall operation has been smooth and in good order.


IAM maintains sanitary inspection services and essential work arrangements from 11 to 17 July

To facilitate pandemic prevention work, the general public service points of the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) remain closed from 11 to 17 July, while all municipal cemeteries remain open to the public. “IAM Connect” and the Civic Service Hotline 2833 7676 also remain in service to receive opinions from the public. At the same time, IAM maintains various sanitary inspection services, and continues to carry out cleaning, disinfection and inspections in public places and public facilities.


MUR strictly adheres to epidemic prevention order, suspends temporary and home swap housing project

Lot P temporary and home swap housing project strictly complies with the SAR government’s epidemic prevention order and all works at the site will be suspended from 12:00 midnight of 11 July to 12:00 midnight of 18 July.


Arrangement of Judiciary Police's public services between 11 and 15 July

To fully support the SAR government's efforts in tackling the epidemic and to ensure public safety, the Judiciary Police will deploy officers to assist anti-epidemic work, increase patrol, as well as strengthen crime prevention. In regards of public services, the Judiciary Police Case Reporting and Emergency Operation Centre, and Reporting Room will operate continuously between 11 and 15 July. All appointments to come to the Judiciary Police to assist in police investigation (statement taking) or take the "paternity test” within this period will be rescheduled and individuals concerned will be notified on a workday. IPIM Suspends All Public Services from 11 to 15 July
