How to apply
Period for application
From the publication date of the public tender notice until the tender submission deadline.
Formalities and required documents
– Applicants must first visit the Movable Assets Management and Asset Inventory Division of the Public Asset Management Department (located on the 8th floor of the Financial Services Bureau) and present valid identification to register;
– The Financial Services Bureau will then issue a “M/B Payment Form”;
– Payment can be made either via the electronic channels specified under the “Easy Pay” service or in person at the Financial Services Bureau’s cashier counter;
– Upon payment, the relevant public tender documents can be obtained from the Movable Assets Management and Asset Inventory Division upon presentation of the receipt.
