Refund of definitive guarantee (cash deposit)


How to apply

Formalities and required documents

– The Movable Assets Management and Asset Inventory Division of the Public Asset Management Department of the Financial Services Bureau will automatically refund the definitive guarantee;

– If the successful tenderer opts for the “Easy Pay” service, the guarantee will be transferred directly to the designated bank account;

– If the successful tenderer opts for a paper voucher, the Financial Services Bureau will contact them to collect the “M/3 Payment Order” from the Division’s office, which can then be cashed at the bank.

Time needed for approval

Ten (10) working days (to be counted from the next working day) after the successful tenderer’s complete fulfilment of his/her contract obligations. (Performance Pledge)

Please visit the Movable Assets Management and Asset Inventory Division (Public Asset Management Department), located on the 8th Floor of the Financial Services Bureau Building, Nos. 575, 579 & 585 Avenida da Praia Grande, Macau, or contact us at (853) 8599 0580 / 8599 0527.

How to collect result of application

– If the successful tenderer opts for the “Easy Pay” service, the refund will be transferred directly to the designated bank account.
– Successful tenderers opting for paper vouchers will be notified by the Bureau’s staff. Upon collection, the representative must present their personal identification along with the company or firm stamp.
