Formalities and required documents
The Movable Assets Management and Asset Inventory Division of the Public Asset Management Department of the Financial Services Bureau will issue an official letter to notify the relevant bank and the successful tenderer of the release of the bank guarantee.

Seven (7) working days (to be counted from the next working day) after the successful tenderer’s complete fulfilment of his/her contract obligations. (Performance Pledge)
