Formalities and Required Documents
Application letter for replacement (self-written) should be addressed to the Director of Marine and Water Bureau. It must be signed by a person with binding power over the applicant and his/her identity and signature must be acknowledged (presentation of supporting documents for relevant qualification and sufficient authority will be required for our staff to review and acknowledge in accordance with applicable law; or by notarisation).
Notes: For the complete examination of the application, the applicant must provide clarification or additional documents that are necessary in accordance with the requirements of the Marine and Water Bureau.

Charges
Application Fees
Fees levied according to the Dispatch of Chief Executive No. 415/2009:
- Replacement of Licence: MOP 2,000.
- Replancement of Ferry Routes Permit: MOP 2,000 (each route permission).
Notes: By cash, bank draft or certified cheque (Bank draft and certified cheque are payable to the “Direcção dos Serviços de Assuntos Marítimos e de Água”.)
Processing Time

Notes: For clarification or resubmission of documents: the applicant will be notified within 15 days upon receipt of application. (Performance Pledge)

- Applicants who choose to use “Smart Collect” shall provide information of a valid Macao One Account/ Business and Associations Platform account;
- Applicants can present the QR code on their Macao One Account/ Business and Associations Platform for document collection;

Notes on Using “Smart Collect” Smart Locker
- Collection at the smart locker is available in at least three days once the applicant has settled the payment;
- Collection time is based on the delivery time and the availability of smart lockers. The collection time notified by an SMS notification and the notification from Macao One Account/ Business and Associations Platform shall prevail.
