Application procedure and required documents:
The applicant is required to submit the following documents in writing:
- Completed application form AW/APP/001 and the required document specified therein;
- A legal document proving that the applicant satisfies the eligibility criteria;
- Aircraft photograph;
- Other evidence in support of the application as the Civil Aviation Authority may reasonably require for the consideration of the application.

Charge
The fees charged by the Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:
Issuance of the certificate: MOP 500, plus applicable stamp duty. For aircraft exceeding 3,000 kg, an additional charge of MOP 50 will be levied for each additional 1,000 kg or part thereof.
Note: The fee shall be paid at the time of application submission.
Processing time
The approval process will not take more than 30 working days to complete (time guaranteed in performance pledge).
Note: The time guaranteed commences from the next day following the day of submission of all documents or information.
