Service Introduction:
To provide enquiry service on the application for the employment service adviser licence, e.g. issue, renewal, reissue, suspension and cancellation; to receive application and analyze it and express opinion on it.
Service target :
Planning to serve as an on-site employment service adviser at the employment agency
Application eligibility：
- Being a Macao resident;
- Having legal capacity;
- With a high school diploma or above;
- With a vocational skill certificate issued by the Labour Affairs Bureau after passing its vocational skill test for employment service adviser;
- Not having been sentenced to imprisonment of three years or more, except those whose rights have been restored in accordance with the law;
- Within one year prior to the date of submission of the application, not having the licence cancelled for reasons of having administrative infractions of violation of the exclusivity, engaging in the job of employment service adviser without a valid licence or during the licence suspension period for three times in three years.
