Application for Renewal

How to Apply

Time limit for application: Application shall be submitted within 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration of the licence.

Application Procedures and Required Documents

1.      The licence holder is required to write an application letter, which must contain the name of the employment service adviser licence holder and the licence number and state the matter about application for renewal of employment service adviser licence, with the licence holder’s signature and the application date;

2.      Certificate of criminal record (the applicant may apply in person at the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) or at the self-service kiosk of the DSI or apply online through the “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR (Individual)” and may select the option that the certificate will be sent to the Labour Affairs Bureau).

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:45
Friday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:30

15 days (upon receipt of all necessary documents)

Remarks/Notes for Application

The application for renewal shall be submitted within 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration of the licence; the renewal fee shall be double if the application is made less than 30 days.

Service Result Collection

Methods of Service Result Collection: Collect in person or download the digital licence through the electronic platform

Presenting the identity card and payment of fee are required during collection
