How to Apply

Time limit for application: If the valid licence is lost or damaged, the licence holder shall apply for reissue as soon as possible.

Application Procedures and Required Documents

1.      The licence holder is required to write an application letter, which must contain the name of the employment service adviser licence holder and the licence number and state the reason for reissue (loss or damage), with the licence holder’s signature and the application date;

2.      Except in the case that the licence is lost, the damaged licence shall be returned to the Labour Affairs Bureau.

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:45
Friday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:30

Application Processing Time

30 days (upon receipt of all necessary documents)

Remarks/Notes for Application

The valid period of the reissued licence shall be identical to that of the original.

Service Result Collection

Methods of Result Collection: Collect in person or download the digital licence through the electronic platform

Presenting the identity card and payment of fee are required during collection
