Those that intend to operate an establishment of commercial activity of animals, such as breeding, sale or boarding, are required to apply for a valid license for the establishment from the Municipal Affairs Bureau for each business.
Those that need to open an establishment of commercial activity of animals (breeding, sale or boarding) in Macao
Any individual or legal person is eligible for application.
The Municipal Affairs Bureau issues the License for Establishments of Commercial Activity of Animals (breeding, sale or boarding) to the establishment concerned.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
