“MICAF, MICAF, Where Are You?” Stamp Collection Activity

From August 21 to 23 and August 28 to 30, take photos with “MICAF”, check in and upload them to social media platforms at the “MICAF Fun Day” and “Art Everywhere” to join the stamp collection activity.Collect two different MICAF stamps and you’ll have a chance to enter the lucky draw!

Event Details：

• The stamp collection activity will take place during the periods of August 21–23 and 28–30 at the “MICAF Fun Day” and “Art Everywhere” events. The specific activity hours are as follows:
• “MICAF Fun Day”: Fridays to Sundays, 16:00–22:00 (Venue: CCM Plaza, Macao Cultural Centre);
• “Art Everywhere”: Fridays 18:00–21:00, Saturdays and Sundays 16:00–21:00 (Venue: Anim’Arte NAM VAN);

Stamp Collection and Lucky Draw Box Locations:

CCM Plaza, Macao Cultural Centre and Anim’Arte NAM VAN

Deadline for submission of lucky draw tickets:

20:00, August 30, 2026.

Public lucky draw:

Will be held on-site at the “MICAF Fun Day” at 21:00 on August 30, 2026.

Winner announcement:

Posted on the Macao Cultural Affairs Bureau Facebook page “IC Art” on August 31, 2026.

Lucky Draw Rules:

1. Lucky draw boxes will be located at the CCM Plaza, Macao Cultural Centre and Anim'Arte Nam Van during the "MICAF Fun Day" and " Art Everywhere " events (August 21–23 and August 28–30). Participants must collect two different "MICAF" stamps to be eligible to deposit the lucky draw ticket stub from their collection card into the on-site lucky draw box.
2. Participants must submit their draw ticket in person, and only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be voided.
3. Only original tickets are accepted, and photocopies will not be accepted.
4. Winner announcements will be posted on the Macao Cultural Affairs Bureau Facebook page “IC Art”, and winners will also be contacted by phone.
5. Winners must claim their prize in person at the Cultural Affairs Bureau within the stipulated time frame, presenting valid identification and sign a confirmation form.
6. If the winner is under 18 years old, the prize must be collected by a parent or legal guardian;
7. If the winner cannot be successfully contacted or fails to claim the prize by October 31, the prize will be forfeited.
8. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Employees of the Macao Cultural Affairs Bureau are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
10. Lucky draw tickets are limited and will be distributed while supplies last.
11. The personal data provided by participants will be used for the purposes of the lucky draw, identity verification, announcement of winners, and contacting prize recipients, and will be processed in accordance with Law No. 8/2005Personal Data Protection Act.
12. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules.
13. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw at any time.
14. Participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of these rules, and accepting a prize indicates consent to related publicity arrangements.
15. In the event of any disputes, the final decision rests with the Macao Special Administrative Region Government Cultural Affairs Bureau.
