Awareness of environmental protection promoted on “Green Public Day”
The last day (tomorrow) of the “2019 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition” (2019MIECF), which is hosted by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region is the “Green Public Day”. The event will be open to the public on this day. Through a series of on-site educational activities, the “Green Public Day” aims to increase residents’ awareness of environmental protection and encourage them to learn more about eco-products and know-how, and practice a green lifestyle.

The 2019 MIECF Continues the “Pan-Pearl River Delta Region Session” to Deepen Regional Green Cooperation
As part of the Green Forum of “The 2019 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition” (2019MIECF), the “Pan-Pearl River Delta Region Session” was held today (29 March). On this day, Mr Jiang Xiaoting, President of the Sichuan Province Environmental Science Association, shared the findings of the mission of the “Pan-Pearl River Delta Region Delegation to Portugal and Luxembourg”. According to him, this exchange experience has inspired members in the development of green finance.

Green Forums Discuss Issues Such As Ecological Civilization and Green Finance
The “2019 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum and Exhibition” (2019MIECF) held the highlighted Day Two of the Green Forums today, March 29, which included a total of five Sessions and a Keynote Speaker Special Session. The most discussed issues have been concerning ecological civilization, green finance, water resources, and marine pollution.
