Citywide NAT – Round 10 (15H00): 185,042 samples collected; 31,990 proved negative

With regard to the 10th round of citywide NAT programme, the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announces the following:


[Infographic] Suspension of non-essential industries and commercial activities to continue from 18 to 22 July inclusive

According to Executive Order No. 119/2022, industries and commercial companies and venues in Macao will continue to suspend operation with effect from after the stroke of midnight on 18 July until the stroke of midnight at the start of 23 July 2022.


Subsistence Team suspends supplies delivery service for new Red Code Zone Edf. Kat Cheong today

As the Subsistence Team needs to carry out screening and supplies delivery today (16 July) for the households in Edf. Kat Cheong newly added as Red Code Zone, the delivery service of life supplies sent by friends and relatives of the households in Edf. Kat Cheong, originally scheduled for 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., is supended. The households’ understanding is appreciated and they are advised to ask friends and relatives not to send supplies to the site today.


Sports Bureau takes serious action against unauthorized use of Tennis Academy facilities

According to media reports, two people were recorded on video entering the Tennis Academy of the Sports Bureau to play tennis in the evening of 15 July. After inquiring about the situation, some security personnel admitted that they used the Tennis Academy facilities without authorization. The Sports Bureau is following up the incident seriously and has reported it to the police.


Suspension of non-essential industries and commercial activities to continue from 18 to 22 July

Industries and commercial companies and venues in Macao will – with effect from after the stroke of midnight on Monday (18 July) – continue to suspend operation until the stroke of midnight at the start of 23 July 2022. Exemptions apply to three categories of activity deemed essential to the community and to the day-to-day lives of the members of the public.


9th round of Citywide NAT has ended; A cumulative total of 9 tubes of mixed samples tested positive; Concerned NAT stations and sampling time announced

The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announces the conclusion of the 9th round of Citywide NAT programme, which was held from 09:00 on 14 July to 18:00 on 15 July. A cumulative total of 9 tubes of mixed samples have been tested positive.

The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announces the conclusion of the 9th round of Citywide NAT programme, which was held from 09:00 on 14 July to 18:00 on 15 July. During the period, 664,532 samples were collected; a total of 9 tubes of mixed samples have been tested positive, while the rest are negative.


New positive cases between within 24 hours yesterday (15 July)

According to the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre, new positive cases within 24 hours yesterday (15 July) include: 18 cases in the Red Code zones and medical observation hotels, which were detected under the management and control; 1 cases of close contacts, 10 cases in the Citywide NAT and Key Groups NAT, and 2 cases among other population groups, which were found within the community.
