Updated Rapid Antigen Test Reporting Platform enables provision of detailed contact information for faster and more effective services
The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre states that, in order to enhance the speed and effectiveness in contacting and providing services to risk individuals, especially those involved in positive mixed NAT samples or those with positive rapid antigen test result, everyone staying in Macao is advised to provide an emergency contact phone number (in addition to their usual contact phone number) when filling in their personal information the Rapid Antigen Test Reporting Platform ( https://eservice.ssm.gov.mo/generalrat/ ), particularly a phone number that can be reached during work or when inconvenient to answer the phone.

IAM strictly checks rapid antigen test results of hawkers and vendors and pays attention to people flow, not ruling out possibility to adopt restrictive measures
The Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) strictly requires hawkers and vendors in all markets and hawker areas to complete rapid antigen tests every day before working and be checked and verified one by one by inspection staff before opening. They are also required to strictly abide by the guidelines for hygiene and pandemic prevention, and take adequate personal hygiene protection measures during work to protect the health of themselves and consumers.

146 additional positive cases between 00:00-24:00 yesterday (5 July), taking the total to 1,087
The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announces that 146 additional cases have been tested positive by nucleic acid test within 24 hours yesterday (5 July). Among the new cases, 48 were detected in the 4th round of citywide NAT, 39 among individuals under management and control, and 59 were yellow code holders and members of key groups including cleaning staff, security staff and property management staff.

The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announces the conclusion of the 4th round of Citywide NAT programme, which was held from 09:00 on 4 July to 18:00 on 5 July. During the period, 637,349 samples were collected; a total of 94 tubes of mixed samples have been tested positive, while the rest are negative.

Multiple/Various Departments Support Senior Citizens in the Lockdown Zone of Fai Fu Building
There are a total of 556 elderly residents in Fai Fu Building and 80 of them have special care needs. The SSM and the IAS will work with the Caritas-Macau Brilho da Vida Elderly Centre to provide relevant support, such as delivering special meals and medication, providing personal care, injections, nucleic acid testing, dialysis, telephone comfort calls and 24-hour emergency support.
Starting from July 6, the subsistence team will provide breakfast suitable for the elderly and arrange two hot meals a day. In case the seniors prefer to prepare their own meals themselves, food packages containing vegetables and frozen meat will be provided.
Arrangements on nucleic acid testing for key groups in sectors of security services, cleaning services and property management
The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre indicates that security services, cleaning services and property management industries are crucial to the operation of the society, and their work involves contact with a very diverse range of people. According to the latest data analysis, workers in these three industries are more at risk for infection. Therefore, intensified testing measures are necessary to ensure the safety of relevant workers and that of the general public.
