Remarks/ Important notes on application
1. Applicant should file an extension application before the expiry date of the import license;
2. Extension application should not be made more than once;
3. Applications can be made by letters;
4. The following information should be stated clearly in the application letter:
1) The number of the import license;
2) The name of the license holder;
3a) The number of the identity document(s) of the license holder;
3b) The number of Registration for Operation of Foreign Trade issued by the Economic and Technological Development Bureau to the institution applying for the license;
4) The original date and time of the import;
5) The new date and time of the import after the extension;
6) Contact telephone number;
7) Signature of the license holder or authorized person and date of application.
