Fees
1. 30 square metres or less in area (for each square metre or less), Mop 1200.00 per square metre; Each additional square metre or less, Mop 400.00 per square metre.
2. As stipulated by Chief Executive Order No. 319/2016 and Chief Executive Order No.267/2004, which amended Clauses(3) and (4) of Article 2 of Chief Executive Order No. 268/2003, ” applications for license renewal after expiry date are subject to additional fee calculated in the following manner:
(1) Application within 30 days after expiry: 30% of license fee;
(2) Application from 31 days to 60 days after expiry: 60% of license fee;
(3) Application from 61 days to 90 days after expiry: full payment of license fee.
Stamp Duty: 10% of the license renewal fee
Security deposit: Not Applicable
Note: In accordance with the stipulation of Article 13 of “Fees, Charges and Prices List of IAM” republished in Chief Executive Writ of Instruction no. 319/2016.

Remarks/Important notes on application
1. The person concerned may apply in person or authorise a representative to make the application.
2. As stipulated by Chief Executive Order No. 109/2005 and Chief Executive Order No. 267/2004, which amended Clause(2) of Article 2 of Chief Executive Order No. 268/2003, ” applications for license renewal should be submitted in between January and February unless otherwise required by law.
3. As stipulated by Chief Executive Order No. 267/2004, 2005, which amended Clause(3) of Article 2 of Chief Executive Order No. 267/2004, ” in the absence of special provisions, the licensed activities shall be terminated if the respective annual license is not renewed within the designated period specified in the preceding clause unless the interested party rectify the situation within 90 days”. As stipulated by Clause (4 ) of the same Article, “applications for renewal of annual license made within the rectification period specified in the preceding clause are subject to additional fee.

Method for collection of result of service
1. In person
If the license holder/authoriser collects the license in person, he or she (individual) is required to produce his or her original identification document; a legal person (establishment) is required to produce the original identification document of the person concerned in accordance with the signature on the Business Registration Certificate for collection;
If the license is to be collected by a representative, bring the receipt or produce the original identification document of the license holder.
2. Downloading license from Internet
During the valid period of the License for Outdoor Cafes, the license holder may download the latest license via “Business & Associations Platform” on his or her own. (A license holder must have an individual or entity account of “Macao One Account”)
