Service introduction:
To provide enquiry service on the application for the employment agency activity licence, e.g. issue, renewal, reissue, suspension and cancellation of the licence and the branch licence; to receive application and analyze it and express opinion on it.
Service target：
Private entities planning to conduct employment agency activities
Application eligibility：
- Being a Macao resident with legal capacity, or the company, association or foundation being established according to law and having domicile of legal person located in the Macao Special Administrative Region;
- The business premise to be used shall meet the legal requirements;
- Having fulfilled the tax obligations if any;
- Having proper moral integrity to conduct business;
- Having technical and organizational capabilities;
- In the case of conducting the fee-charging employment agency activity, an effective guaranty has been provided;
- Not within the period of additional penalties in which the employment agency activity is prohibited.
