Application for Personal Movement Record


How to Apply

Application procedures and necessary documents:

Apply in person

  1. Application Form for Certificate of Personal Movement Record (in Chinese and English, DARP/SE M-2)
  2. Copy of applicant’s valid identification document;
  3. Copy of the travel document used for entry/exit the Macao SAR during the period stated in the application;
  4. When applying for a Certificate of Personal Movement Record for a minor, the parent or legal guardian is required to provide a certificate of kinship.

Apply via self-service kiosks (applicable to Macao residents only)

Apply via Macao One Account (applicable to Macao residents and non-resident workers only)

  • Macao residents: Macao Resident Identity Card or travel document registered at the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau.
  • Non-resident workers: Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card, (the latest four) travel document(s) used applying for Authorization to Stay as Workers to the Public Security Police Force, and travel document registered at the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau.

Note: Applicants who want to enquire about their movement record with other travel documents are required to go to the Immigration Building, the Government Services Centre or the Government Services Centre in Islands in person.

  • Macao Government Services Centre: Avenida de Venceslau de Morais, n.º 222, r/c, Macau
    Office hour: Mon to Fri, 9:00 – 18:00 (No lunch break, closed on Sat, Sun and government holidays)
  • Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas: Rua de Coimbra, n.º 225, 3.˚ andar, Taipa
    Office hour: Mon to Fri, 9:00 – 18:00 (No lunch break, closed on Sat, Sun and government holidays)

Apply via Macao One Account (applicable to Macao residents and non-resident workers only)

Applicants who are aged 18 or above and have created an account at Macao One Account may apply for Certificate of Personal Movement Record via the Macao One Account platform. Please go to Wechat Official Account for details.


Charge

  • Paper certificate: MOP15 for the first page, MOP5 per following page
  • Electronic certificate: MOP15 per certificate

Time needed (excluding the time of waiting in a queue and postage time for documents sent by mail)

    Office Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 18:00 (except public holidays on the Mainland)

Remarks / Points to note

  1. We started to register the movement records of passengers electronically from January 1994. Therefore, certification of movement records registered before January 1994 cannot be provided.
  2. If the application is to be submitted by an agent, a certified letter of authorization and a copy of the agent’s valid identification document should also be submitted.
  3. Unless further specified, all copies of documents to be submitted should be presented with the original for authentication.
  4. If the original cannot be presented, the relevant copy should be certified.
  5. The form is available at the subdivision concerned and the website.
  6. Persons who submit the application by means other than Macao One Account and choose to collect the Certificate of Personal Movement Record at the Government Services Centre at the Cooperation Zone may, after receiving an SMS payment notification from the Public Security Police Force and completing online payment by scanning the QR code on the “application acceptance receipt”, generally collect the Certificate after three working days (the SMS notification from the Public Security Police Force shall prevail).
