UM holds the Bank of China Trophy UltiMater Entrepreneur Competition
The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) at the University of Macau (UM) held the final round and awards ceremony of the 2026 Bank of China Trophy UltiMater Entrepreneur Competition. This year’s competition attracted nearly 100 teams from leading institutions across the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, and overseas, with nearly 250 participants, an increase of more than 30% compared with last year and a record high for the competition. After a rigorous selection process, 10 teams advanced to the finals, with six teams receiving awards and sharing a total prize pool of over MOP 130,000. The competition was sponsored by BOC Macau.
