1. Letter.
2. One distinct photocopy of the valid Macao identity card or valid document for legal stay in Macao SAR.
3. Original copy of the Macao Driving License.

Remark/Application Instructions

1. If applicant intends to cancel all the categories of the driving license, no payment is necessary.
2. Person with a cancelled driving license intends to regain his/her entitlement to drive, he/she has to pass the exam again before obtaining the driving license.
