Opening Ceremony of the 2nd Anniversary Celebration of the Macao Union Medical Center and the Medical and Health Forum commenced

The Islands Healthcare Complex – Macao Medical Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “Macao Union Medical Center”) hosted the “Opening Ceremony of the 2nd Anniversary Celebration of the Macao Union Medical Center and the Medical and Health Forum” on 16 September. O Lam, the representative of the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) and Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture; Bian Lixin, Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Macao SAR; Ai Yiping, Director of the Department of Personnel and the Department of Social Development of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR; Academician Zhao Yupei, President of the Chinese Medical Association and Honorary President of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH); Academician Zhou Jian, President of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University; Zhang Shuyang, President of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; He Xiang, Secretary-General of the Chinese Medical Association; Li Wei, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of the National Health Commission; Lo Iek Long, Director of the Macao Health Bureau; and Liu Zhengyin, Director of the Macao Union Medical Center served as the officiating guests at the opening ceremony.
