The exhibition “Golden Eminence: Treasures from the Palace Museum and the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery” was inaugurated at 6:30pm on 15 December, on the fourth floor of the Macao Museum of Art. The opening ceremony was officiated by the representative of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao SAR Government and the Chief of Office of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao SAR Government, Ho Ioc San; the Director of the Palace Museum, Wang Xudong; the Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR, Yan Zhichan; the Secretary of the Communist Party of the Tibet Autonomous Region Cultural Heritage Bureau, Zhao Xingbang; the President of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, Leong Wai Man; the Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, Luo Sang Zha Xi; the President of the Macao Foundation, Wu Zhiliang; the Director of the Macao Government Tourism Office, Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes; and the Director of Macao Daily News, Lok Po.

Christmas Market to be held in Tap Seac Square from noon tomorrow for 17 consecutive days
To spice up the joyful festive atmosphere, the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) will hold the Christmas Market in Tap Seac Square from tomorrow (16 December) for 17 consecutive days. The theme of the event is “Christmas Dream Workshop”. In addition to the special booths selling Christmas gifts and food, facilities like festive Christmas merry-go-round and Christmas spinning tea cups are available on site so that the Macao public and tourists can spend the joyful Christmas festival together. The event will be held from 16 December to New Year’s Day of the following year. The opening hours are from 2:00 p.m. to midnight on 24, 25 and 31 December and from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the remaining days.

“Medication collection notification” function added to “Macao One Account”

In line with the development of e-governance and the advancement of smart healthcare, and to enhance the patient experience for medication collection services, the Specialist Outpatient Pharmacy of Conde de São Januário General Hospital (CHCSJ) of the Health Bureau has introduced a push notification function on the “Macao One Account” to notify patients when it is their turn to collect their medications.
