How to Apply

 Application Procedures and Documents Required

Application at counter (applicants are required to obtain a number tag in advance. For the methods to obtain the tag number, please refer to “Methods to Obtain Tag Number and Appointment” of the website of the Identification Services Bureau.)

1. Target Applicants:

Any person or group

2. Certificate Content:

Registration number,  name of association or foundation and the first publication date in the Official Gazette of Macao SAR

3. Application Formalities and Required Documents:

Application can be made at DSI in person or by an authorized representative with the following documents:

a. A completed application form (Pedido de Certificado de Associação e Fundação)

b. A photocopy of the applicant’s valid identity document

Fees and Payment Methods

Fees:

MOP15.00, extra MOP5.00 for each additional page
(Note: Administrative Public Welfare Legal Person is exempt from the fees and charges.)

Payment Methods:

Headquarter (China Plaza), Macao Government Services Centre and Macao Government Services Centre in Islands : Cash, credit card, Union Pay “QuickPass”, debit card, Macau Pass and MPay are accepted for payment.


Processing Time

  • 12 working days(Performance Pledge)
    (Note: counting from the following working day upon the receipt of completed application form and all required documents.)
  • Applicants who lodge the application online can collect their certificate according to the following schedule:
    • Collection location: The Identification Services Bureau on the 1st floor of the China Plaza
    • Collection location: Area R on the 2nd floor of Macao Government Services Centre in Areia Preta and Area D on the 3rd floor of Macao Government Services Centre in Islands
