MUR continues to promote Iao Hon Estate old neighbourhood renewal, assists Seng I House property owners to set up management committee

To better promote the Iao Hon Estate old neighbourhood renewal project, Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) has been actively assisting property owners of Iao Hon Estate to play an active role in the old neighbourhood renewal process. With the coordination from different sides, MUR has recently helped property owners of the Estate’s Seng I House organise condominium owners’ general assembly meetings to set up their own management committees (also known as property owners’ associations) to form the basis of the redevelopment of Seng I House, which is one of the seven blocks of flats that make up Iao Hon Estate.





Macao welcomed over 70,000 visitors on the 2nd Day of Lunar New Year Float parade and fireworks display extend a joyful welcome to visitors tonight

Macao welcomed 71,678 visitors yesterday (23 January) on the 2nd day of Lunar New Year, the highest single-day record since the first outbreak of the pandemic. The figure includes 39,394 and 27,768 visitors from the Mainland and Hong Kong respectively. The kaleidoscope of wonderful festivities and all-rounded promotional campaign are drawing many visitors to Macao for the Chinese New Year holiday. The city is bustling with life while festive air permeates different districts.


2023 Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Rabbit is splendidly unveiled today (3rd day of Lunar New Year), with Fireworks dazzling to welcome the Year of the Rabbit

As a major highlight of the Chinese New Year festivities, the “2023 Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Rabbit” and the first show of the Chinese New Year Fireworks Display were unveiled splendidly at Sai Van Lake Square tonight, the 3rd day of Lunar New Year (24 January), joining residents and visitors to embark upon the prosperous Year of the Rabbit.
