Industries and commercial venues to suspend operation from 11 July
All industries and commercial companies and venues in Macao will be required to suspend operation from after the stroke of midnight on 11 July until the stroke of midnight on 18 July 2022 inclusive, except those in three categories of activity deemed essential to the community and to the day-to-day lives of the members of the public.

According to the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre, new positive cases within 24 hours yesterday (8 July) include: 45 cases in the Red Code zones and medical observation hotels, which were detected under the management and control; 14 cases of close contacts, 7 cases in the Citywide NAT and Key Groups NAT, and 5 cases among other population groups, which were found within the community.

The 6th round of Citywide NAT Programme will end today (July 9) at 18:00 and those 140,000 unsampled citizens are urged take the test asap
The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre stated that, the 6th round of Citywide NAT Programme will end today (July 9) at 18:00. As of 12:00 noon today, there are still 140,000 citizens who have not been sampled. So far, all stations have a smooth flow of people, and all general stations with a waiting time of less than 15 minutes do not need an appointment. The public should go to take the test as soon as possible. In addition, employers are urged to handle with discretion the time employees go to take the test.

Subsistence Team suspends service of supplies delivery for Edf. Yue Xiu Gardens (Red Code Zone) today
As the Subsistence Team needs to carry out screening and supplies delivery for the households of the newly added Red Code Zones today (9 July), the service of delivering supplies from relatives and friends for the households of Edf. Yue Xiu Gardens originally scheduled for 3 pm to 5 pm is suspended. Relevant households are advised to understand the measure and ask their relatives and friends not to send supplies to the site today.
