UM, Peking University co-organise online activity for students to learn Chinese history
To promote traditional Chinese culture and cultivate patriotism among students, Cheng Yu Tung College (CYTC) of the University of Macau and Yuan Pei College (YPC) of Peking University recently jointly held an online exchange programme for their students. The theme of the activity is ‘A Journey through History’. During the activity, students from the two universities studied in pairs and participated in various activities to learn about Chinese history and traditional culture.

Supplies delivery service of seven Red Code buildings suspended today to facilitate nucleic acid tests of households
As the Health Bureau has arranged for the households in Edf. Va Ip (Bloco II), Edf. Pou Seng and Edificio do Bairro da Ilha Verde (Bloco IV) to undergo nucleic acid specimen collection this morning (12 July), the distribution of vegetables and frozen meat food packs originally scheduled for this morning has to be rescheduled to this afternoon.

7th round of Citywide NAT has ended with 658,879 samples collected; cumulatively 17 tubes of mixed samples tested positive, the rest are negative; 8th round of Citywide NAT already started at 09:00 today (12 July)
The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announces the conclusion of the 7th round of Citywide NAT programme, which was held from 09:00 on 10 July to 18:00 on 11 July. During the period, 658,879 samples were collected; a total of 17 tubes of mixed samples have been tested positive, while the rest are negative.

New positive cases between within 24 hours yesterday (11 July)
According to the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre, new positive cases within 24 hours yesterday (11 July) include: 33 cases in the Red Code zones and medical observation hotels, which were detected under the management and control; 6 cases of close contacts, 14 cases in the Citywide NAT and Key Groups NAT, and 4 cases among other population groups, which were found within the community.
