Due to the fact that the Typhoon Signal No. 3 warning will be hoisted, the Theatre for Babies “Bebeethoven” originally scheduled for today (19 July) at 5pm, at Box I, Macao Cultural Centre will be cancelled. The refund procedures will be announced later. And the Weekend Party “Little MICAF’s Paradise” originally scheduled for today at 5pm, at CCM Plaza, Macao Cultural Centre will also be cancelled. “Art Macao 2025” opens today (18 July) Dedicated spaces in the Macao Museum of Art offer a new multidimensional visiting experience
The mega international cultural and artistic feast “Art Macao: Macao International Art Biennale 2025” (hereinafter referred to as “Art Macao 2025”) was inaugurated today (18 July) with an opening ceremony held at the Macao Cultural Centre Small Auditorium, and the Main Exhibition was unveiled simultaneously. From July to October, the “Art Macao 2025” presents nearly 30 exhibitions across the city in six sections, namely the “Main Exhibition”, “Public Art Exhibition”, “City Pavilion”, “Special Exhibition”, “Local Curatorial Project” and “Collateral Exhibition”. Highlighting pioneering artists from about a dozen countries and regions, the event innovates artistic narratives, revitalises historical spaces, engages with community dynamics and inspires cultural vitality, transforming Macao into a city of Muses where life and art resonate in harmony.

UM hosts high-level forum on new engineering talent cultivation
The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at the University of Macau (UM) hosted the 2024/2025 Annual Meeting of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Engineering Alliance and the High-Level Forum on Digital Intelligence Empowerment for New Engineering Talent Cultivation today (18 July). The event brought together experts and scholars from over 20 renowned universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including The University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and South China University of Technology. Participants discussed innovative approaches to engineering education reform and explored talent cultivation models driven by digital and intelligent technologies.
