According to the assessment of the Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau, the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued at 21h00 on 7 September 2025 under the impact of the Tropical Cyclone “Tapah”. In accordance with the Chief Executive Dispatch, pursuant to Article 8, Item 1 of Article 9, and Sub-item 7 of Item 1 of Article 11 of Law No. 11/2020 (Civil Protection Law), in order to safeguard the life and property of citizens, the Macao Special Administrative Region enters into the immediate prevention stage as of 21h00 on 7 September 2025.
