Commemorative Postmark Cancellation Service of“Celebration of Teachers' Day”
To celebrate the Teachers’ Day 2023, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau announces that a Temporary Post Counter will be set up at the Philatelic Shop of General Post Office, from 10:30 to 15:30 on 10th September 2023 to provide the commemorative postmark cancellation service for the “Celebration of Teachers’ Day”.

Health Bureau to Launch Macao One Account Appointment Service for Prescription Refills at Specialist Outpatient Pharmacy on 1st September 2023
In light of the development of SAR Government’s e-services, the promotion of smart healthcare system, and the enhancement of patients’ experience in collecting medicines from specialist outpatient pharmacy at hospital CHCSJ in terms of shortening waiting times, the Health Bureau will launch the Macao One Account appointment service for prescription refill at the Specialist Outpatient Pharmacy on 1st September 2023. As a result, patients eligible for free medical services (patients) can make prescription refill appointments simply by using the Macao One Account. Details are as follows:

UM experts and scholars provide suggestions on SAR government’s policies for 2024
The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Macau Studies (CMS) today (30 August) held a seminar on the Macao SAR government’s policy address for the fiscal year 2024, in which experts and scholars provided suggestions for the government’s policies in the next fiscal year. During the event, the attendees discussed residents’ expectations in the midst of the economic recovery, the post-pandemic situation of micro and small enterprises (MSEs), as well as the transformation of occupational structure and the problem of unemployment caused by the development of artificial intelligence. They also proposed some forward-looking policies and suggestions for industries in various aspects.
