The citywide nucleic acid test programme has been completed at 12:00 noon today (21 June). Having regard to the test results, the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre decided to require all residents in Macao to conduct a COVID-19 rapid antigen test (RAT) within tomorrow (22 June). The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announced that in response to the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak that has occurred in Macao from June 18 to the present, on the basis of Citywide NAT Programme, an extra nucleic acid test will be further carried out in key areas and for key groups to identify any potential infected persons who may still be lurking in the local community.
