How to Process 

Deadline for application: Not applicable

Processing procedure and required document: Application letter

Document to be produced: The original or notarised copy of the identification document which bears the signature of the applicant or the legitimate representative is required to be produced.


Location and Office Hours for Processing the Service

Division of Administrative Licensing: Avenida da Praia Grande, n.os 762-804, Edifício China Plaza, 2.º andar, Macau (One-stop Licensing Service for Food and Beverage Establishments)

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)


Fees 

– Certification documents, certificates and declarations of various types      MOP40.00

Each extra page (single-sided)        MOP5.00

Plus current stamp duty

 

– Photocopy of informative documents or archive files

1 to 10 pages, each page (single-sided)         MOP5.00

Over 10 pages, each extra page (single-sided)       MOP1.00

Plus current stamp duty

Note: In accordance with the stipulation of Article 93 of the current Fees, Charges and Prices List www.iam.gov.mo/pt/pricetable/list

Remarks / Important Notes on Application

 1. The person concerned can make the application in person or authorise a representative to make the application;

2. The applicant must clearly indicate the information that he or she intends to obtain in the application letter;

3. The person concerned can apply for obtaining information about the food and beverage establishments in the form of certification documents (e.g. approved drawings, comments given by relevant departments or illegal records of the establishment);

4. If the applicant is an individual, the original identification document is required to be produced for verification upon application;

5. If the applicant is a legal person, a photocopy of the valid Business Registration Certificate (exemption for companies registered at the Commerce and Movable Property Registry of Macao) and a clear photocopy of the identification document of the legitimate representative of the company are required to be submitted, and the original of the latter is required to be produced for verification.


Progress Enquiry and Obtaining Result of Service 

Online progress enquiry is not available for the formality concerned.


Documents to be Prepared upon Collection of Certification Documents

 1. Receipt issued when processing the formality

2. The identification document is to be produced.

–  In the case that the license holder is an individual – If the license holder collects the certification document in person, the original identification document is required to be produced; if the certification document is collected by a representative, he or she is required to produce the original / notarised copy of the identification document of the license holder or an authorisation letter, along with the original identification document of the representative.

–  In the case that the license holder is a legal person (establishment), the persons whose signatures are on the Business Registration Certificate are required to sign according to the form of signature on the certificate upon collection. – If the members whose signatures are stated in the form of signature collect the certification document in person, the original identification documents are required to be produced; if the certification document is collected by a representative, the representative is required to produce the original / notarised copy of the identification documents of the members whose signatures are stated in the form of signature or an authorisation letter, along with the original identification document of the representative.

–  In the case that the applicant is a lawyer, the person to collect the certification document is required to produce the original / notarised copy of the identity document issued by the Macao Lawyers Association or an authorisation letter, along with the original identification document.
