The Edifício Ut Koi and Edifício Lok Koi hourly car parks will introduce a 24-hour parking fee cap from 1 September.
To make better use of existing parking resources and encourage drivers to use car parks, the Edifício Ut Koi and Edifício Lok Koi hourly car parks in Lot P of the Areia Preta reclamation area will introduce a 24-hour parking fee cap from midnight on 1 September 2026 until 11:59pm on 31 December 2026. A discount programme for monthly parking spaces will be launched simultaneously.
During this period, the maximum fee for 24-hour parking will be MOP 60 for light vehicles and MOP 15 for motorcycles. Once the cumulative fee reaches the cap, no additional fees will be incurred for that period. Should a vehicle remain parked for more than 24 consecutive hours, the billing cycle will restart automatically. This discount can be enjoyed for up to eight consecutive days. From the ninth day of consecutive parking, the current charging model will resume, i.e. fees will be levied at half-hourly intervals.
In addition, from 1 September to 31 December, the Edifício Ut Koi and Edifício Lok Koi car parks will offer a discount programme for monthly parking spaces. Places are limited. For further details, please contact the management company on (853) 6370 2971.
