Macao Museum closes temporarily on December 13

Due to filming, the Macao Museum, under the auspices of the Cultural Affair Bureau, will be temporarily closed on 13 of December (Tuesday).


Over 150 Participants Explore Development of Green Industries on “Green Business Co-operation Day”

The “Green Business Co-operation Day: Green Forum Session 1” was held on the first day (9 December) of the “2022 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition” (2022MIECF). It was the first time for the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) to organise this activity jointly with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the “Big Four” accounting firms in the world.


2022MIECF Helps Enterprises Explore Green Business Opportunities with 90 Business Meetings on the First Day

On the first day of the “2022 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition” (2022MIECF), three business matching sessions for government procurement, In-Depth Co-operation Zone, and electric vehicles were held. The 2022MIECF has attracted over one hundred enterprises and organisations to participate, with 90 business meetings being staged on the same day.





MAM Holds ‘Auspicious Beginning’ Exhibition with Palace Museum as the Duo’s Annual Collaboration this year to Showcase Royal Spring Festival Culture of Qing Dynasty

The “Auspicious Beginning: Spring Festival Traditions in the Forbidden City” exhibition, jointly organised by the Macao Museum of Art (MAM) under the auspices of the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Palace Museum, co-organised by the Macao Government Tourism Office and the Macao Foundation and supported by the Macao Daily News, will be opened at MAM at 6:30 p.m. on 16 December. The exhibition will showcase around 120 pieces (sets) of artefacts associated with the Spring Festival traditions and ceremonies of the Qing royal family from the Palace Museum’s collections, offering visitors a joyful imperial feast of Spring Festival culture. All are welcome to visit.

The Consumer Council continues to conduct price survey on various kinds of products to enhance price transparency and survey result reveals price differences in different retail outlets. Consumers are suggested to use the data published by the Council for price comparison.
