2. Submitting the “Application Form for Verification of Authenticity of Identity Card”
Organizations can submit a completed “Application Form for Verification of Authenticity of Identity Card” with photocopies of identity cards to DSI for verification. The application form can be downloaded in the website of DSI or obtained at DSI.
